Anonva Technologies provides the following digital services:

  • IT Consulting & Support: Technical consulting and ongoing support services

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for your project
  • Supply necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
  • Respond to communications and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes
  • Review and approve deliverables according to agreed schedules
  • Ensure you have rights to all content you provide
  • Make payments according to agreed terms

Project Terms

Proposals & Agreements

All projects begin with a proposal or agreement outlining scope, timeline, and pricing. Work begins only after written acceptance and any required deposit.

Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on information available at the time of proposal. Delays caused by client response times, content delivery, or scope changes may extend the timeline.

Revisions

Most projects include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may incur extra charges.

Scope Changes

Any changes to the project scope must be discussed and agreed upon in writing. Scope changes may affect timeline and pricing.

Payment Terms

  • Deposits: Most projects require an upfront deposit (typically 30-50%) before work begins
  • Milestones: Larger projects may have milestone-based payment schedules
  • Final Payment: Full payment is due before final delivery of project files
  • Late Payments: Payments overdue by 30 days may incur interest charges
  • Methods: We accept bank transfers, online payments, and other agreed methods

Specific payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal or agreement.

Intellectual Property

Client Materials

You retain ownership of all content, images, and materials you provide to us for the project.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project, including:

  • Website code and design
  • App source code
  • Final logo and brand assets
  • Completed video files
Third-Party Assets

Some projects may include licensed third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins). These remain subject to their respective licenses.

Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

This includes business plans, strategies, technical specifications, and any other sensitive information shared during our engagement.

Termination & Cancellation

Either party may terminate a project under the following conditions:

  • Mutual Agreement: Both parties agree to end the project
  • Breach: One party fails to meet their obligations
  • Force Majeure: Unforeseen circumstances prevent project completion

In case of cancellation:

  • Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
  • Completed deliverables will be transferred upon full payment

Warranties & Liability

Our Warranty

We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional manner and will conform to the specifications agreed upon in the project proposal.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anonva Technologies shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Support & Maintenance

After project delivery:

  • We provide a warranty period for bug fixes (typically 30 days)
  • Ongoing support and maintenance are available as separate services
  • Updates, enhancements, and new features are quoted separately

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

  • Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or engage in hacking
  • Engage in fraud or deception
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Nepal.
